I had a really hard time with this question when it came up in class. My favorite artists have songs that I can personally relate to. Sometimes the lyrics speak to an experience that I've had or an emotion I've felt, but I had never really stopped to think about what song I would be if I had to choose one to sum me up. But over the weekend I found it! "Grow as We Go" by Ben Platt!
I think the biggest reason I think this song represents me well is that depending on the day, sometimes I'm the one singing the song, and other times I'm the one he's singing to. I sometimes need the reminder that it's okay to let other people help me, and I also love reminding my friends that it's okay for me to help them. I also really resonate with the line "I am unfinished, I've got so much left to learn," because learning and experiencing new perspectives is one of my favorite things ever. I am constantly aware of how much growing I have left to do, and I love growing with the people around me!

I love this! It is hard, after we have helped so many people, to realize that we need just as much help from others. This question did make me think too, because it is hard to find a song that seems to sum up and entire person and their life experiences. But I think answering this question also helps that person gain a better insight of who they are and what they really value in life. It is really cool! Thank you for writing this!
